Our services include but are not limited to:

• Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Ensure that inspections are completed and documented; reports are completed and
provided to the Board
• Ensure that non-compliance issues are followed up in a timely manner and in
accordance with the Association policies and procedures
• Ensure that maintenance and assessments are collected in a timely manner
• Careful scrutiny of your budget to identify areas where we can help make your dollars go further
• Proposing and drafting policies and resolutions as required
• Provide the Board with minutes and action lists;
• Prepare bids specification, obtain bids and finalize contracts as applicable
• Present yearly budget to the Association in a timely manner
• Ensure that financial statements are analyzed and forwarded to the Board within
time lines and provide clarification to the Board as required
• Establish relationship with vendors and bid to increase quality of services
provided and reduce costs
• Screen all vendors and ensure they are licensed, insured and bonded
• Oversee the maintenance of common areas
